Most people recognize that women are playing a bigger role in business these days, but fail to recognize the true extent of their contribution.
We tackle superficial views of women in business, revealing they are not a negative, one-dimensional, dismissible stereotype. In fact, last year women launched an estimated 1,300 new businesses per day in the United States. That’s double the rate of men. Today, the over 9 million women-owned businesses generate more than $1.4 trillion in yearly revenues. And as women contribute more to the world economy, they will have greater potential to control governments, economies and the future state of wealth. That’s where we see opportunity.
