The ranking considered the results from more than 120,000 surveys of U.S. employees across a range of industries. OppenheimerFunds and other winning businesses excelled in parents’ assessment of their companies’ fairness, camaraderie, professional opportunities and other factors essential to a rewarding career. OppenheimerFunds understands that the benefit of a supportive workplace for parents extends to their colleagues, as well. Research from Great Place to Work has found that high-trust workplaces often experience lower turnover and faster revenue growth than their peers.
