Tammy Sheffer collaborates with the CEO and other senior leaders to ensure appropriate focus on the firm’s critical business initiatives. In addition she serves as Head of Corporate Communications to ensure that employees are well informed and connected with the leadership vision and strategy of the organization.

Previously, Tammy served as Head of Human Resources Relationship Management, where she led key strategic change initiatives and a team of Relationship Managers. In this role she co-developed and launched a performance management program designed to replace the existing traditional numerical rating system with a focus on strengthening the dialogue and feedback between management and employees. This new approach is still unique to the financial services industry. Prior to that, she served as Human Resources Manager for the Investments and Risk teams. Tammy joined the firm in 2000 as a Recruitment Specialist.

Tammy holds an M.A. in Criminal Justice and Social Deviance from John Jay College in New York and a B.A. in English Literature and World History from Hebrew University in Israel. Earlier, she served in the Israel Defense force as a Sergeant.
