Craig Dinsell’s role is to enable leaders at OppenheimerFunds to acquire and develop high quality talent, engage employees by fostering an inclusive high conviction culture, and ensure that the reward structure is evolved and managed to enable high performance, innovation, collaboration and retention.

Craig joined the firm in January 1998 from Fidelity Investments where he was SVP, Human Resources and led HR in the investment management, retail distribution and technology businesses. Prior to Fidelity, he served with American Express Company in various senior HR positions for International Travel Related Services in the U.S. and Europe, including leading the Resourcing and Development EMEA, leading International HR, and heading HR for the UK Area. Additionally, he headed HR and was a member of the management committee at American Express Bank, which encompassed 35 countries globally.

Craig has worked with academic institutions in Europe and the U.S. to design and deliver international programs focused on general manager education and the development of multinational culture. In addition to his education and experience in assessment, leadership development, compensation structures and employee engagement strategies, he has also studied behavior in groups at the Grubb Institute in the UK as well as theology at The London School of Theology. He is a member of the Human Resources Planning Society.
