Sales Load Changes

Effective February 3, 2014, we will be increasing the Class A front-end sales charge and commission for purchases and breakpoints starting at $250,000 on 10 of our funds. We are making this change to seek alignment with the current marketplace.

Highlighted below are the changes impacting eight of the funds, followed by changes to Oppenheimer Senior Floating Rate Fund and Oppenheimer Senior Floating Rate Plus Fund.

Oppenheimer Senior Floating Rate Fund and Oppenheimer Senior Floating Rate Plus Fund will impose a Class A contingent deferred sales charge (CDSC) of 0.75% effective February 3, 2014. Previously, it was 0.50%. Although there is no initial sales charge on Class A purchases of these funds totaling $1,000,000 or more, effective February 3, 2014, those Class A shares may be subject to the CDSC if they are redeemed within 18 months (with the exception of certain retirement plans).

Note: Effective February 3, 2014, the limit for Class C share purchases for a single investor has been raised to $500,000 for the above funds, with the exception of Oppenheimer Senior Floating Rate Fund and Oppenheimer Senior Floating Rate Plus Fund. For those two funds, the limit has been raised to $1,000,000.
