Martha (Marty) Willis is responsible for OppenheimerFunds’ marketing strategy across corporate, marketing and digital communications, as well as the development of new products for investment, retirement and college savings.

Before joining the company in October 2009, Marty spent 25 years at Fidelity Investments in a variety of roles including Executive Vice President of Investment Product Management and Marketing. Earlier in her career, she was Executive Vice President of Fidelity Retail Group’s mutual fund business and Senior Vice President of Relationship Marketing for Fidelity Institutional Services Company. She began her career as a Wholesaler for Massachusetts Financial Services.

Marty received the 2010 Fund Marketer of the Year award from Institutional Investor for the OppenheimerFunds marketing team, and was selected as one of BtoB magazine’s Top 25 Marketers for 2012. She holds a B.A. in English from Sewanee: The University of the South. She serves as the University’s Chair of the Board of Regents and was the Chair of the Investment Management Committee. She also serves on the board of BPA Worldwide consumer and business media audits.
