Senior Vice President and Portfolio Manager
Frank Jennings is a Senior Vice President and Portfolio Manager responsible for the Oppenheimer Global Opportunities Fund. He is also the lead portfolio manager of Oppenheimer International Small Company Fund and contributes to the stock selection of the other Oppenheimer Global Equity funds.
Prior to joining OppenheimerFunds in 1995, Mr. Jennings was Managing Director of Global Equities for Paine Webber Mitchell Hutchins, where he managed a global fund, a global growth and income fund, a global small-cap fund, and a European growth fund. Previously, he was a Portfolio Manager with AIG Global Investors, a Senior International Economist for Prudential Insurance Company and an Investment Strategist for Gulf and Occidental Investment Company in Geneva, Switzerland.
Mr. Jennings holds a B.A. in Economics from Emory University and a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Geneva, Switzerland.
