Chief Technology and Operations Officer
Darren Walsh oversees fund operations and corporate technology and also heads the firm’s Transfer Agency, serving shareholders and sub-accounts. He has more than 25 years of experience growing and leading technology and operations functions.
Before he joined OppenheimerFunds, Darren led Kenan Systems from startup to a successful sale and developed impressive track records with both Lucent Technologies and CSG Systems.
Darren earned a B.A. in economics and accounting from the College of the Holy Cross and an M.S. in management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Sloan School of Management. He is a member of the Investment Company Institute’s Operation Council.
