Associate Portfolio Manager

Elizabeth Mossow serves as a associate portfolio manager on the Oppenheimer Rochester® municipal investment team. The Rochester investment team is responsible for the day-to-day management of 15 state-specific municipal bond funds and 5 national municipal bond funds.  In its investment selection of bonds for the portfolios, the team employs a bottom-up, value-oriented and security-specific investment style that seeks to produce above-average yields and total returns.

Before joining OppenheimerFunds, Elizabeth was a risk management analyst at Manning & Napier Associates.  Prior to that, she was an analyst/trading assistant at The Baupost Group.

Elizabeth received her M.B.A. in finance from the William E. Simon Graduate School of Business Administration at the University of Rochester and has a B.A. in economics from St. Lawrence University. A CFA® charterholder since 2009, she is a member of the CFA Institute and is a member of the CFA Society of Rochester.
