Your eDocs DirectSM enrollment applies to all OppenheimerFunds accounts you have now or may open in the future using your Social Security number, preferences and email address you provided at enrollment. If your accounts are registered through a brokerage firm or are registered under more than one name, all registered owners must consent to stop mailed versions. eDocs DirectSM is not available to shareholders in an employer-sponsored retirement plan such as a 401(k), but is available to shareholders with OppenheimerFunds-sponsored IRA accounts.
