Art Steinmetz serves as Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of OppenheimerFunds. He has had a long and distinguished career at the firm, holding a number of positions, including Chief Investment Officer and Chief Investment Officer, Fixed Income. Art’s insights on the markets and investing are frequently sought by media outlets including CNBC, Barron’s and The Wall Street Journal.

Art joined OppenheimerFunds as an Analyst in 1986. His trajectory within the firm truly took hold when he created and launched in 1989 the Oppenheimer Global Strategic Income Fund. It was one of the first multi-sector bond funds in the industry.

OppenheimerFunds’ growth strategy is rooted in Art’s long-held belief that an active, high conviction approach to asset management benefits investors. His strategy includes innovative and differentiated product solutions and the ability to change people’s perspectives by delivering unconventional insights.

Additionally, Art is passionate about advancing financial and mathematical literacy—which he believes are essential elements of the next generation’s success. He plays an active role in shaping OppenheimerFunds’ philanthropic initiatives and serves on the Board of Trustees of the National Museum of Mathematics (MoMath) in New York City. Art is a David Rockefeller Fellow at the Partnership for New York City.

Prior to OppenheimerFunds, he worked as an Analyst at PaineWebber and served in the United States Air Force. He holds an M.B.A. in Finance from Columbia Business School and graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Denison University with a B.A. in Russian language and Slavic Studies.

Geoff Craddock oversees independent risk management including investment and enterprise risks across the firm.

Before he joined OppenheimerFunds in 2008, Geoff was Senior Vice President and Head of Market Risk Management for CIBC, where he oversaw market risk management globally for the bank’s investment banking, trading and retail activities. He spent 15 years with CIBC in London, Toronto and New York in a variety of risk management and trading roles. For 12 years before that, he held trading and brokerage positions with various investment banks in Europe and the United States.

Geoff holds a degree in mathematics from Cambridge University and an M.B.A. from Cranfield School of Management, both in the United Kingdom.

Andrew (Andy) Doyle leads OppenheimerFunds’ Human Resources team in its efforts to attract, retain and develop talent.

Andy has been with the company for five years, originally as head of Compensation, Benefits and Technology. Before he joined OppenheimerFunds, Andy led Rewards and Information Services for Global Wealth Management at Merrill Lynch. During his ten years at Merrill Lynch, Andy served in a variety of roles, most notably as head of Human Resources for the Pacific Rim Region, based in Tokyo. Before Merrill Lynch, he worked as an international HR planning specialist with Toshiba Corporation in Tokyo.

Andy also serves on the Advisory Board for Bacharach Leadership Group, a consulting firm that delivers bespoke development programs to enhance the leadership and managerial skills of professionals with high potential. He was an adjunct instructor for the New York University School of Continuing and Professional Studies and served on the Board of Alumni for Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations.

Andy earned his B.S. and M.S. degrees in industrial and labor relations from Cornell University.

Before joining the company in 1990, George served for three years as a securities analyst and portfolio manager in the International Equities department at Brown Brothers Harriman & Company.

George earned his B.A. and M.A. degrees in geography from Oxford University and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Arthur (Ari) Gabinet manages the Legal Department at OppenheimerFunds Inc. and supervises the provision of legal services, compliance and audit to all of the company’s business units.

Before he came to OppenheimerFunds in May 2010, Ari was a Principal in Vanguard Group’s legal department, where he oversaw teams covering investment management; brokerage, transfer agency and advice; litigation; and tax and international matters.

Earlier in his career, he was head of the Philadelphia District Office of the Securities and Exchange Commission. He also worked in private practice with top law firms including Dechert LLP in Philadelphia, where he was a Partner, and Wilkie Farr & Gallagher in New York.

Mr. Gabinet graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 1982 and received his undergraduate degree in philosophy from Swarthmore College.

John McDonough is responsible for distributing OppenheimerFunds mutual funds, sub‐advisory services, separate accounts and retirement products to broker/dealers, registered investment advisers and institutional investors.

John joined OppenheimerFunds in 1993 as a product specialist and quickly moved his way into an internal wholesaler role. Within a few years, he was promoted to retail wholesaler for the Northern New England region, in 1998 he moved to manage Washington DC region, and in 2004, became the Sub-Advisory National Sales Manager. Most recently, John served as Director of National Sales for OppenheimerFunds Distributor, Inc. (OFDI), and oversaw all facets of external and internal wholesaling. Additionally, he was responsible for sales training, business reporting and analysis, expense management and OFDI compliance.

John began his career as a sales associate on the Institutional Equity Sales Desk at Goldman Sachs.

John holds a B.A. in American studies from the University of Richmond and is a graduate of the International Business Management Executive Program at Georgetown University.

In addition to his investment leadership roles, Krishna is currently a portfolio manager for Oppenheimer Core Bond Fund, Oppenheimer Global Strategic Income Fund, Oppenheimer Corporate Bond Fund and Oppenheimer Capital Income Fund.

Before he joined the company in 2009, he was a managing director at Deutsche Bank, heading U.S. and European credit analysis. Earlier, he headed global credit research at Credit Suisse; was in charge of high grade and high yield portfolios at Putnam Investments; and was a credit analyst at Morgan Stanley, heading U.S. fixed income strategy and mortgage research.

Krishna earned a Bachelor of Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science in India and graduated from the University of Florida with an M.B.A. in finance and an M.A. in economics with a focus on econometrics.

David joined OppenheimerFunds in February 2004 and has been involved in financial services for more than 25 years. Before coming to the firm, he was Chief Financial Officer and Director of Citigroup Asset Management’s institutional and retail international businesses. Before that, he spent 16 years at J.P. Morgan, most notably as Controller of J.P. MorganInvestment Management in New York and Chief Financial Officer and Director of J.P. Morgan Brazil in São Paulo. He started his career in public accounting at Ernst & Whinney.

David holds a B.S. in accounting from the University of Delaware. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of CPAs.

Martha (Marty) Willis is responsible for OppenheimerFunds’ marketing strategy across corporate, marketing and digital communications, as well as the development of new products for investment, retirement and college savings.

Before joining the company in October 2009, Marty spent 25 years at Fidelity Investments in a variety of roles including Executive Vice President of Investment Product Management and Marketing. Earlier in her career, she was Executive Vice President of Fidelity Retail Group’s mutual fund business and Senior Vice President of Relationship Marketing for Fidelity Institutional Services Company. She began her career as a Wholesaler for Massachusetts Financial Services.

Marty received the 2010 Fund Marketer of the Year award from Institutional Investor for the OppenheimerFunds marketing team, and was selected as one of BtoB magazine’s Top 25 Marketers for 2012. She holds a B.A. in English from Sewanee: The University of the South. She serves as the University’s Chair of the Board of Regents and was the Chair of the Investment Management Committee. She also serves on the board of BPA Worldwide consumer and business media audits.
